Used Equipment Manager Dave Robinson is retiring from Jungheinrich after 14 years of working for the company. After 44 years of work in total, Dave plans to do some extensive traveling during his retirement.

Joining Jungheinrich as a Service Manager, Dave will be leaving the company as their former Used Equipment Manager for the West region. Having worked in the business for many years, Dave said:

“One of my highlights working at Jungheinrich was working on our Investors in People project, where I interviewed many people throughout the company and learned so much about “what made people tick”.

Though it may be upsetting for both Dave and his colleagues as he leaves the business, Dave has exciting plans as he looks to the future. He concluded:

“I feel sad about leaving the company, however, I feel now is the right time to move on. This year I will be carrying out extensive work to our house and landscaping our front and rear gardens. I enjoy trekking over mountains, and therefore I intend to go to Peru to walk the Inka trail ending at Machu Picchu, I also intend to cycle across Europe ending in Spain.”

We wish Dave the best of luck going forward.
